C’est à Romagne-sous-Montfaucon que se trouve le plus grand cimetière américain en Europe. Plus de 14000 soldats y reposent, la plupart ont été tués durant l’offensive de l’Argonne entre septembre et novembre 1918.
Romagne-sous-Monfaucon, the largest american cemetery in Europe ; more than 14000 soldiers are buried here. Most of them died during the Meuse Argonne offensive who took place from september to november 1918.
